Welcome to Labour Law Advice, the premier online hub for our South African Labour Law ‘Walking the Tightrope’ Video Series. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be requested for our annual subscriptions to the video series. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our practices regarding refund requests.

Eligibility for Refund

Trial Period: We offer a 48-hour trial period from the date of purchase during which you can request a full refund. This period is designed to ensure that our content meets your expectations.

Technical Issues: If you experience proven technical difficulties that prevent access to the video series and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Billing Errors: In the case of a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and issue a refund if overcharges are confirmed by us.

Non-Eligibility

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued simply because you have changed your mind after the 48-hour trial period. 

Misuse: Accounts found to be sharing login credentials with non-authorized users or users who do not have a viewing license issued by ourselves, or otherwise found to be misusing the service will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Request Submission: To initiate a refund application, please contact our customer service team at admin@labourlawadvice.co.za with your purchase details, including the transaction number and the reason for the request.

Review Period: All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. We may contact you to verify or clarify information related to your request.

Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used by the client to buy the video access license. within 14 business days of approval. Please note that banking processes may delay the receipt of your refund.

Adjustments and Amendments

Labour Law Advice reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We encourage subscribers to review it periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the service after any change signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
